This is the current list of courses available:
- **"Engineering is Broken (but we can fix it)"**: A session about "anti-patterns" commonly found in the engineering practice, including:
- Confusing products with prototypes
- Over auditability
- Low-quality requirements
- Death by standards
- Framework proliferation
- Feature creep
- Use of slippery metrics (for instance, efficiency and productivity)
- On how bad projects die hard, and how terrible projects are never cancelled
- The problem with designs that stick around for too long
- And more.
- **"Space Technology: A Short Introduction"**: An introductory course on all things space. For newcomers and those venturing into different aspects of the space business for the first time. Training session based on the [eponymous book](https://link.springer.com/book/10.1007/978-3-031-34818-1).
- **"Systems Engineering for Small Organizations"**: A training session where the main topic is tech startups trying to shoot for the rainbow while facing the challenge of growing both the system under design and the organization itself, in a symbiotic (and somewhat chaotic) relationship. Session based on the "NewSpace Systems Engineering" [book](https://link.springer.com/book/10.1007/978-3-030-66898-3).

Courses can be compressed into short, single-shot online sessions (1 to 2 hours) or on-site, in-depth sessions.
